3×3 Sessions are 20 minutes long. Each Presenter will be assigned a “station” with tables and chairs. Attendees will be assigned a station to begin and then rotate to the next station until they have been to each one.
To keep lectures and shows on time and to make sure that every attendee has a chance to have a great experience meals will be provided at the convention for you to purchase. A full cash bar will also be available. All purchases of food and drinks will go to help pay for the space at the convention, so please stay at the convention space during these times.
